Wedding Travel

How we can help your destination wedding.

Find hotels near your wedding venue. Negotiate contracts to secure the best rates. Communicate the options clearly to your wedding party. Manage bookings and send reminders to ease the planning process for you and your wedding planner.

  • Room Blocks

    Room Blocks:
A room block is a group of hotel rooms reserved for wedding guests at a discounted rate or with flexible cancellation policies. Securing a room block helps guests access convenient accommodation near the wedding venue and often comes with perks like group discounts or reserved event spaces for welcome parties or rehearsal dinners.

  • Booking Management

Early Reservation: Book room blocks as soon as the wedding date and venue are confirmed. Hotels typically hold rooms for a limited time and release unsold rooms back to general availability.

Room Block Size: Estimate the number of guests requiring accommodations to avoid overbooking or underbooking. It’s advisable to reserve slightly more rooms than the expected number of overnight guests.

Booking Window: Set a clear deadline for guests to book their rooms within the block. After the cutoff date, unreserved rooms may be released or subject to higher rates.

Communication: Provide guests with detailed booking instructions, including reservation links, booking codes, and contact information for the hotel or travel coordinator.

Monitoring: Regularly check with the hotel or group travel coordinator to track bookings, manage any changes, and ensure the block is fully optimized.

  • Transportation Coordination

Consider arranging group transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue to enhance guest convenience.

Properly advising guests and managing room blocks reduces stress, helps control costs, and guarantees that all attendees have suitable lodging during the destination wedding celebration.

Wedding Activities

Planning activities in the week leading up to a wedding allows for a thoughtful and meaningful buildup to the celebration. This approach creates opportunities for connection, reflection, and relaxation, fostering a calm and joyous atmosphere. For example, in the days before a wedding in Tulum, carefully chosen experiences can set a profound tone. Starting with a traditional temazcal ceremony—a sacred sweat lodge ritual known for cleansing and renewing the spirit—offers the couple and their closest friends a grounding, spiritual preparation. Adding complementary ancient rituals like a cacao blessing or a Mayan fire ceremony can further invoke blessings and harmony. Integrating spa treatments focused on holistic wellness, such as herbal massages and rejuvenating facials, ensures moments of rest and balance.Visiting a cenote means experiencing crystal-clear waters amid ancient limestone, surrounded by lush jungle. These hidden sinkholes offer a peaceful setting for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing, with sunlight creating shimmering patterns on the water.. Together, these thoughtfully planned activities honor local cultural traditions and create a serene environment where everyone can connect deeply ahead of the wedding day.

Honeymoons

Choosing the perfect honeymoon destination involves balancing romance, adventure, and relaxation to create unforgettable memories. Ideal locations offer a blend of beautiful scenery, unique cultural experiences, and intimate settings that allow couples to unwind and celebrate their new union. Whether it’s the pristine beaches of the Maldives, the historic charm of Tuscany, or the vibrant energy of Rome, each place provides distinctive opportunities for connection and discovery. Selecting accommodations that emphasize privacy and comfort—such as boutique resorts or charming villas—enhances the experience. Additionally, planning activities like sunset cruises, local culinary tours, or nature hikes invites couples to explore together and deepen their bond. In the end, choosing the right honeymoon destination sets the tone for a meaningful start to married life, combining relaxation with shared experiences that shape lasting memories.
