    - We ask for 4 months in advance for domestic

    - We ask for 6 months in advance for international

  • Pricing is as individual as the trip itself — shaped by your destination, your timeline, and how much guidance you want along the way. What you're investing in is the research, the planning, the thoughtful recommendations, and someone genuinely in your corner from start to finish. [We will send you an itemized list along with the invoice for the planning fee.]

  • We are always open to a custom request, i.e. just a vet recommendation, only a private jet or bark air booking, or an hour long Ask Me Anything 1:1 call, feel free to reach out to discuss!

  • Salted Air manages the coordination. Some journeys you take together. Others, you carefully hand off. Either way, we're here to coordinate the full picture — the route, the stays, the logistics — and when it's time to bring in a professional transporter, flight nanny, or IPATA-member shipper, we'll make sure your pet is in the right hands.
